Booking Policy

  • Credit cards are charged in full at the time of booking – this is not a pre-authorization or hold. If you don’t want to be charged right away, you can call us at 306-867-8661 to book manually. We’ll just need your credit card details by phone or through an authorization form, and we’ll charge it one day before your arrival instead.
  • Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received or authorization is confirmed.
  • Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in for verification and any incidental charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before scheduled check-in: The base room rate will be refunded. Taxes and fees are non-refundable. (If a tax authority requires a tax refund for nights that were not provided, Mokai Inn + Suites will comply with applicable law.)
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled check-in / No-shows / Early departures: You will be charged the equivalent of a one-night stay. No refund will be issued for any remaining unused nights.
  • All refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may appear as separate transactions (room refund first, tax/fee refund processed separately) and may take several business days to post depending on the card issuer or payment processor.
  • Where a promotional or discounted rate applied to the original booking but the stay does not meet the promotional conditions (for example, a weekly rate applied but the guest stayed fewer nights), Mokai Inn + Suites will apply the standard nightly rate for the nights actually stayed and recalculate any refund accordingly. Any resulting remaining refund amount will be issued in accordance with the terms above.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges.

Pet Policy

  • We love pets and are happy to welcome them! However, to ensure our rooms are spotless and ready for the next guest, we apply a $50 cleaning fee. This helps cover the extra effort our cleaners put into deep cleaning after your stay.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the motel premises. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any violation of this policy.

Motel Internet

  • WiFi is available in all motel rooms free of charge. However, we reserve the right to restrict access to our WiFi at our discretion and without prior notice.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their guests, or anyone for whom they are responsible. Charges for damages will be applied to the credit card on file, and guests will be notified.
  • Hotel management is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables left in the rooms. Guests are encouraged to use secure storage options if available.
  • Excessive noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited and may result in fines or immediate eviction without a refund.
